Price: Brent crude aaj ~$78 per barrel tak surge kar gaya hai, jo 5%+ ka jump hai ek hi din mein. Kal ye ~$72 ke aas-paas tha. 

Wajah — geopolitical escalation: 

• Trump ne kaha ki US-Iran ceasefire "over" hai 

• US ne Iran par fresh strikes kiye, aur Iran oil sales ka waiver bhi revoke kar diya 

• Iran ne jawab mein Bahrain aur Kuwait mein 85 US military sites target karne ka dawa kiya 

• Strait of Hormuz (jahan se duniya ka ~20% oil transit hota hai) mein tankers par attacks ho rahe hain — isse supply disruption ka fear badh gaya hai 

Bigger picture: Interesting baat ye hai ki pichle mahine hi supply glut ki expectation thi (OPEC+ ne production badhaya tha), toh ye ek sharp reversal hai — geopolitical risk ne glut-fear ko peeche daal diya hai.
